Quotes and bookings: when you build an instant quote or book a job we collect your name, email address, mobile number, collection and delivery addresses, preferred dates, photos you upload of items, and the details of the items to be moved or cleared.
Payments: when you pay a deposit or balance through our secure payment provider, your card details are handled entirely by that provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages: if you contact us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we keep a record of the conversation so we can respond and keep your booking on track.
Reviews: if you leave a review we publish the name and location you choose to give.
Usage data: like most websites we collect basic technical information (pages visited, device type) to keep the site working and understand how it is used.
To prepare and provide quotes, confirm bookings and carry out your move or clearance.
To process payments and keep accounting records.
To send you service messages about your quote or booking — confirmations, reminders and payment links — by email or WhatsApp.
To reply to enquiries, handle feedback and complaints.
To meet legal and insurance obligations.
We process your data to perform a contract with you (your quote and booking), because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business (for example keeping records of past jobs and responding to enquiries), to comply with legal obligations, or — for anything beyond these — with your consent.
We share information only with the services that help us operate: our payment provider (to take payment), the providers that deliver our emails and WhatsApp messages, and, where required, insurers or authorities. We never sell your personal data.
Quote enquiries are kept for up to 24 months in case you come back to us. Booking, payment and job records are kept for six years to meet tax and legal requirements. Conversation records are kept while your enquiry or booking is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask us to transfer it to another provider. You can also withdraw consent for marketing at any time, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

We store your data on secured, access-controlled systems and limit access to staff who need it to do their job.
